drawing_hair_3 Word of the Day Tuesday, August 16, 2011 polysemous \pol-ee-SEE-muhs\ , adjective; 1. Having a diversity of meanings. .............................................................................. In the darkness the shadows in my bed have become symbols, the strands of hair making metaphors in the sheets. I dream in metaphor suffocated by the weight of memories of things past, not exactly as they were but as they seem in the night poetic and severe. tag_icon
